Retired Car 66, 2006 Ford E450 Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance
Car 66 was the Department’s Basic Life Support ambulance. It was staffed 24 hours a day by two Firefighter/EMTs. It responded to all medical emergencies in Boxborough and also provided mutual aid to surrounding towns when their ambulance is already busy. During the weekdays, C66 also responded to all fire calls and contained 2 self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), forcible entry tools, and a gas meter.
